While there are many different software that can be used to access your email account, we are unfortunately only able to support a core group of mail clients.
For our standard support, we will provide you with all the details you require to setup the software or device. Should you with for
us to perform the work via remote assistance session (where available), we can accomodate, however, there may be an
additional charge.

Mobile Platforms We Support:
- Apple iOS (version 8 and higher)
- Android (Version 4.0 / Ice Cream Sandwich and Higher)
Just because software is not listed here does not mean it will not work. Our services speak standard protocols, such as IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, and will work with any software that supports those protocols. However we cannot provide specific technical assistance due to resource limitations.

charge for our tech time due to the extra work involved to research and familiarize ourselves with in order to provide instruction.
