We offer several options to complete your payment with Paypal. Below we will summarize:
PayPal Billing AgreementThis method works similar to a charge account. You authorize us to request payment from your paypal account for your invoices as they are due. It requires no ongoing maintenance for your part. You will be notified when charges are processed, as well your paypal account will notify you.
This is our default method, and all customers are encouraged to set up a billing agreement.
One-Time PayPal PaymentIf you are not comfortable with setting up a billing agreement, we offer you the option to pay a one-time payment to us via PayPal.
You can do this by logging into the customer portal, bringing up the invoice you would like to pay, and selecting the PayPal icon to check out.
Other NotesWe ask that you do not send payments directly to our email addresses, as those are not associated to our paypal account, and require extra steps to process the payments, which may delay posting to your account.
Should you encounter any difficulties, please be sure to open a ticket with our billing department and we will investigate.
