It is very straight forward to pay us by e-transfer.

We are setup for auto-deposit, so you do not need to fiddle with any security questions and answers.
If your email address for e-transfers matches an email on your account, we will be able to quickly link the payment without your intervention. If your email address differs, you can add the e-transfer email address as a contact on your account, at
https://portal.justhosting.com/
Should you not have any emails linked like above, Please ensure you notify us about the payment and which invoice it should apply to via a ticket in our help desk.
As well, by default we will apply the payment to the first oldest invoice and then continue. Should your payment apply to a specific invoice or charge, please indicate this by opening a ticket with our billing team.
