Limits by Time

We employ a three level system on our shared hosting environments. Here is how it may affect you:
  1. Sending 100 Emails within 300 seconds.
At this level, our administrators are notified, and potential action may be taken however no automatic action is performed.
  2. Sending 500 Emails within 300 seconds.
At this level, our administrators are notified, and affected mail is held for review. It is not automatically released.
These limits apply to all methods that might be employed to send mail from the server, INCLUDING use of external SMTP servers. If you feel you are affected, you must contact us for remediation, as we do not automatically mitigate traffic affected by the above.

Use of External Servers

By default, access is denied by software running on our local servers to use external SMTP servers. If you require use of an external server, you must request manual whitelisting of your account.

Exceptions

We allow exceptions of some of the above rules, however you must contact our support team for assessment for an exception. Please be sure to include your reasons required for the exception, as well as pertinent details such as sending numbers needed or the address to the external SMTP server you need to use.
